ONYX RETURN POLICY

NEW OEM PRODUCTS:  Can be returned for full credit (less a 20% restocking charge) within 30 days from invoice date if unopened and in resellable condition. Please ask about SPECIAL ORDERS as they may not be returnable under any circumstances.



ONYX Brand Items: Onyx will accept returned ONYX remanufactured laser cartridges for up to six months from the date of the invoice, if the cartridges bags/boxes have not been opened---a 20% restocking fee is deducted. Defective Onyx remanufactured cartridges are evaluated by Onyx and either replaced at no charge or repaired and returned to customer (depending on the amount of unused toner) or customer is credited for the amount of the unused toner  Customers are asked to provide printouts showing problems and to call Onyx with the cartridge serial number to request a DCR# and to arrange for a pick up.
